Commerzbank Tower is currently the tallest building in Europe. The
striking exterior with its curving corner is topped by a mast which
brings the building to over 300 metres tall. A
triangular atrium rises through the entire building from the ground
floor, divided by glass partitions. The atrium opens to the exterior
wall at different levels, forming 9 large gardens. Unfortunately only the ground level plaza of the Commerzbank Tower is open to the public. There is no observation platform but a very good view of the building is to be got from the viewing platforms of neighbouring skyscrapers. |
