John recently retired as Managing Director: Rolls-Royce Energy Systems, Coventry UK. He was previously CEO of NEI (a Rolls-Royce listed company on the JSE) and has had a long association with ABB.

Gunter Z. Steffens,
Gunter has been the Group Representative for Southern Africa of Dresdner Bank AG in Johannesburg since 1993. After early banking experience in Canada, Switzerland and France he joined Dresdner Bank and developed their business in the UK as General Manager since 1968. He transferred to SA in early 1993.

Denis Worrall,
Denis is a graduate of UCT, UNISA and Cornell University. An Academic by background, a lawyer by profession, Denis served ten years in South African Parliament and was South African Ambassador to Australia and the Court of St. James. Now he is Chairman of Omega Investment Research and also Senior Counselor to AT Kearney.

Lyndon Worrall,
Lyndon is currently Group Chief Operating Officer of Omega and operates from Omega's London office. He was previously Chief Operating Officer of Omega South Africa, as well as acting Managing Director of EmPowerLink Business Solutions, a UK-SA joint venture company focused on SME development in South Africa.
