What we offer your Business

LEAD Sponsorship is the highest level of sponsorship we offer in our Marketing and Investment Promotion Events. Furthermore, we normally allow a maximum of three LEAD Sponsors for an event, in order not to dilute the marketing impact. We work very closely with our LEAD Sponsors in the preparation of the agenda and we ensure that everything meets your requirements.
A LEAD Sponsor will receive the following:
Pre-Event:
Corporate branding of the event in a full-page advertorial (800 - 900 words) in Omega's weekly e-publication Insight Africa;
Direct mail to the target audience - includes client's logo (B&W) on the letter and printed full-colour brochure (incl. colour logo) detailing the programme;
Copies of Promotional Brochure for the sponsor to invite its clients and guests;
Telesales and continuous registration of delegates, as and when they come in - attendance is confirmed by e-mail or letter;
Listing and description of the event (and sponsors) in our weekly e-publication Insight Africa;
Inclusion of LEAD Sponsor's logo in a prominent position on our website www.omegaconferences.com with reference to the LEAD Sponsor's support;
The above includes a hyperlink to any of your own websites.
Programme & Event:
A LEAD Sponsor will have a presentation session at the event;
A LEAD Sponsor's company logo will be printed on the front cover of the official programme as LEAD Sponsor, together with the logos of endorsing industry associations and publications;
A LEAD Sponsor will have 150 - 200 words provided by the sponsor of promotional text inside the programme;
A LEAD Sponsor will have the option of sitting on any panel sessions;
A LEAD Sponsor will have an exhibition stand at the event to display promotional material (exhibition stand to be provided by the sponsor);
Corporate literature supplied by the client can be distributed to delegates. Gifts and other promotional material may also be distributed. Upon request, we will also place your literature or promotional materials in the Registration Area;
Our event will be complimentary for senior decision-makers from financial institutions; LEAD Sponsor will be allotted ten free delegate places to invite clients to attend the conference.
Branding on the Day:
The LEAD Sponsor's logo will be on all promotional banners (provided by the sponsor) within the venue.
Post Event:
LEAD Sponsor will be given access to the full Delegate List;
Conference Report (see conclusion);
Advanced notice of Omega future events and offers of exclusive sectorial participation.

We normally provide a maximum of four Associate Sponsors of an event. Associate Sponsors have the chance to present at the conference.
The marketing activity will include:

Lunch Sponsorship is always available at every major Omega event. All delegates attend the lunch and this is an excellent opportunity for a company to obtain exclusive exposure.
A LUNCH Sponsorship package includes:
Programme & Event:
The Sponsor's logo will appear in the brochure and programme, as well as on all promotional materials as our Official Lunch Sponsor;
The Sponsor will appear on our event website as Official Lunch Sponsor.
Branding on the Day:
The Sponsor's logo will be on the website as our Official Lunch Sponsor;
Omega will e-mail all delegates informing them of the invitation to attend the lunch and advising them of the sponsorship;
The Sponsor will have the opportunity to welcome all delegates to the lunch;
Omega will consult with the sponsor and discuss menus and wines (where applicable). All catering costs are included in the activity;
The Sponsor will have the opportunity of branding the lunch venue as they wish.

For most of our major events, we run a Post-Conference Cocktail & Canape Reception immediately after the Chairman has completed his closing remarks. This Cocktail event is available for sponsorship. The majority of our delegates enjoy staying for a drink in order to network and to discuss the issues of the day. This is an excellent opportunity for a company to obtain exclusive exposure.
A COCKTAIL Sponsorship package includes:

The Sponsor will appear in the programme, as well as on all promotional materials as our Official Cocktail Sponsor;
The Sponsor will also appear on our event website as Official Cocktail Sponsor.
Branding on the Day:
Omega will e-mail all delegates informing them of the invitation to attend the Cocktail and the identity of the sponsor;
The Sponsor will have the opportunity to welcome all delegates to the cocktail event;
Omega will consult with our sponsor and discuss drinks and canapes. All catering costs are included in the activity;
The Sponsor will have the opportunity of branding the Cocktail venue as they wish.

Omega offers Airline Sponsorship, whereby the Official Conference Carrier has their logo prominently attached to all print and digital media materials. Official Conference Carriers from the past have included: British Airways, South African Airways, Emirates, Lufthansa, Virgin, Virgin Nigeria, Singapore Airlines and Malaysia Airlines.

EXHIBITION STAND

Exhibiting at one of our events is a very cost-effective method of meeting key decision-makers from your target market in an informal atmosphere where they are at their most receptive to new ideas, products and solutions.
Omega allows companies the space to erect their own 'pop-up' stands at the event, the 'pop-up' stand being a vertical banner on a free-standing support. We also supply tables and chairs for your stand.
INSERT INTO DELEGATE PACK

Companies have the opportunity to insert promotional items into our registration pack. Flyers, brochures, CD-ROMs and pens are welcome. Your materials will get into the hands of the maximum number of delegates, since every visitor, speaker and VIP at our major events will receive a pack when they register.

As a sponsor you will receive a full report on the event specifically in relation to your business. You are entitled to this.
