Conference
Feedback |

|
This
conference was a follow up to the one Omega organised in
Athens earlier this year. It was an opportunity to
market Greece, investment opportunities in Greece and Greek
business in South Africa – although Omega saw it as much
more: it was an opportunity also to celebrate
Greece and the South African Greek Community’s contribution
to the development of South Africa. With the great
majority of those attending the conference being South
African, this was also an opportunity to market Greece and its
business people as the gateway to South Eastern Europe.
South
African Ambassador Jannie Momberg attended on the day, adding
great weight to the conference.
The
conference provided excellent networking opportunities and an
international platform from which companies could market
themselves from. From all accounts it was a highly successful
event. For further information regarding business
opportunities in Greece, please contact David Byrne on (021)

and to highlight business opportunities by identifying areas
of mutual interest.
The event included a full day conference on Wednesday, 16
November, followed by one-on-one appointments with Greek
companies on Thursday, 17 November.
